The Seller shall not be held liable for any discrepancies between such visual representations and the actual products.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, except where the delivered product does not correspond to the order due to an error by the Seller. In such cases, the Seller will reimburse the return shipping costs in full.
Article 4 – Pricing and Shipping
All product prices displayed on the Website are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of taxes (excl. VAT), unless otherwise stated.
RepareTonMoulinet.fr is established in Guadeloupe, a French overseas department (DOM). The following invoicing rules apply:
- Guadeloupe, Martinique and Réunion: prices are invoiced inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included) at the local VAT rate of 8.5%. No additional VAT is payable upon import into these territories.
- Metropolitan France: prices are invoiced exclusive of VAT.
- French Guiana and Mayotte: prices are invoiced exclusive of VAT.
- Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy: prices are invoiced exclusive of VAT.
- French Overseas Collectivities (COM) and New Caledonia: prices are invoiced exclusive of VAT.
- European Union (EU) countries: prices are invoiced exclusive of VAT.
- Countries outside the European Union: prices are invoiced exclusive of VAT.
The Customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, administrative charges, brokerage fees or any other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise specified:
- prices do not include shipping costs;
- shipping charges are displayed before the order is finally confirmed.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
In the event of a promotional offer, the discounted price shall apply only during the advertised promotional period.
The total amount of the order will be displayed to the Customer before final confirmation of the purchase.
Article 5 – Orders

The Seller shall not be held liable for any typing errors, incorrect delivery addresses or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

Shipments Marked as Delivered
When the carrier confirms that a shipment has been delivered to the address provided by the Customer, such confirmation shall be considered valid proof of delivery.
If the Customer disputes the delivery, the Seller will open an investigation with the carrier to verify the delivery information.
The Customer agrees to cooperate with the carrier and to provide any information reasonably required for the investigation.
If the carrier confirms successful delivery through proof of delivery, signature, GPS location data, delivery photograph or any other reliable evidence, the Seller shall not be held liable and no refund or replacement may be claimed.
Article 9 – Receipt of Products
The Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the shipment upon delivery.
If the package is damaged or if any item is missing, the Customer must:
- make specific reservations with the carrier and refuse the delivery where appropriate;
- notify the Seller of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Failure to report the damage or loss to the carrier at the time of delivery may result in the rejection of any claim relating to transport damage or loss.

Spare parts that have been installed or for which an installation attempt has been made are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer. A tracking number or proof of return shipment must be provided.
Provided that all the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
