Worldwide Shipping

Orders are shipped from Guadeloupe (French West Indies) through La Poste postal services.

We prioritize shipping methods adapted to small fishing reel spare parts, allowing us to offer reasonable shipping costs.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received.

The delivery times indicated below are those generally observed by La Poste and may vary depending on the period.

Shipping Methods and Tracking

To provide the most suitable solution for each order, several shipping methods may be used:

  • Lettre Services Plus
  • Tracked Letter
  • Colissimo
  • International Small Packet (under 2 kg)
  • Colissimo International

La Poste Colissimo

These shipping methods include online parcel tracking.

A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped.

Tracking information can be viewed directly on the La Poste website.

Depending on the order value and destination, parcels may require a signature upon delivery in order to benefit from enhanced insurance coverage.

Packaging

Products are carefully packed to ensure adequate protection during transport.

Depending on the size, shape and fragility of the parts, orders may be shipped in a standard envelope, padded envelope, or cardboard box.

Simplified Shipping Fees

Important

To simplify the calculation and presentation of shipping costs, our store uses a flat-rate shipping system based on order value ranges.

This pricing method allows us, in most cases, to offer simple, transparent and fair shipping fees for our customers.

However, in certain exceptional situations (for example: an order containing a large number of heavy or bulky parts with a relatively low order value), the actual shipping cost may be significantly higher than the amount automatically calculated by our website.

In such exceptional cases, the seller reserves the right to:

  • Offer an adjustment of the shipping fee corresponding to the actual shipping cost,
  • Or cancel the order if no acceptable solution can be found.

In all cases, the customer will be contacted before any modification or cancellation of the order.

Shipping and Customs Formalities

Orders shipped outside Guadeloupe and Martinique may be subject to customs formalities and local taxes, including VAT.

Where required, a customs declaration is attached to the parcel, and the value and contents are declared in accordance with postal regulations.

Depending on the destination country, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by local authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Carrier Liability

As with any postal shipment, delays or parcel loss may exceptionally occur.

In such cases:

  • An investigation will be opened with the carrier
  • If the parcel is officially declared lost, a replacement shipment or refund will be offered

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
