Orders are shipped from Guadeloupe (French West Indies) through La Poste postal services.
We prioritize shipping methods adapted to small fishing reel spare parts, allowing us to offer reasonable shipping costs.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received.
The delivery times indicated below are those generally observed by La Poste and may vary depending on the period.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
To provide the most suitable solution for each order, several shipping methods may be used:

- International Small Packet (under 2 kg)

These shipping methods include online parcel tracking.
A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped.
Tracking information can be viewed directly on the La Poste website.
Depending on the order value and destination, parcels may require a signature upon delivery in order to benefit from enhanced insurance coverage.
Packaging
Products are carefully packed to ensure adequate protection during transport.
Depending on the size, shape and fragility of the parts, orders may be shipped in a standard envelope, padded envelope, or cardboard box.
Simplified Shipping Fees
To make shipping costs easier to understand and calculate, our website uses a flat-rate shipping system based on order value brackets.
This approach allows us, in the vast majority of cases, to offer simple, clear, and competitive shipping rates.
Exceptions for Oversized Parts
Some parts are not compatible with this flat-rate shipping system, particularly when their thickness exceeds 3 cm. Their size requires shipment by parcel, resulting in higher shipping costs than a tracked letter or small packet.
This applies in particular to certain spools, handles, rotors, body components, and parts for trolling reels.
In such cases, shipping costs are automatically adjusted to ensure suitable packaging, secure transportation, and reliable tracking.
Our goal is to provide the most appropriate shipping method for every order while keeping shipping costs fair and transparent.

Shipping and Customs Formalities
Orders shipped outside Guadeloupe and Martinique may be subject to customs formalities and local taxes, including VAT.
Where required, a customs declaration is attached to the parcel, and the value and contents are declared in accordance with postal regulations.
Depending on the destination country, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by local authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Carrier Liability
As with any postal shipment, delays or parcel loss may exceptionally occur.
In such cases:
- An investigation will be opened with the carrier
- If the parcel is officially declared lost, a replacement shipment or refund will be offered
